Options under Source Order improved at BOM source

In the Calculation List and the Production List, the options under Source Order have been improved if 'Source' is set to 'BOM':

• Description line: all active BOMs can be selected.
• Item without BOM: all active BOMs can be selected.
• Item with one or more BOMs: all active BOMs of the item can be selected.
